This campus was established in Kish Island to attract international students and offer courses in English, providing an international environment for studying. It offers a unique opportunity for those who wish to study in Iran. The admission process for foreign applicants at the UoT begins with submitting the required documents via mail. These documents are then reviewed by the Admission Committee and the relevant department.

If not fluent in Persian, the applicant will be assessed at Dehkhoda Institute after registration. If needed, they must complete a Persian language course, which is considered a study leave and doesn’t count toward the academic year. If the score is unsatisfactory, the course may be extended until the second semester.
Tuition fees at the UoT are received in Euro and do not include accommodation, food, or insurance. The institute reserves the right to change the tuition fees without prior notice.
Non-resident international students in Iran in various fields of study are subject to different tuition fees based on their chosen subject clusters. For those who study in Tehran, the fees for Humanities, Social and Behavioral Sciences are 1150 Euro per semester for Persian Language and Literature, and 1700 Euro for other fields within the cluster. Students in the Arts, Engineering, Basic Sciences, Agriculture, and Veterinary Medicine clusters face a higher tuition fee of 2150 Euro per semester.
