The University of Tabriz is one of the oldest universities in Iran, established in 1947 (1326 in the Iranian calendar). As a public university affiliated with the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, it is considered the second-largest and most historic university in Iran. University of Tabriz Admission

Subsequently, they should proceed to their respective faculty to complete the registration process and obtain their student ID number. Admission is available for the October Semester (first semester) in all departments and faculties, while the February Semester (second semester) offers limited program options. University of Tabriz Tuition Fees and Living Costs

Master’s Programs:


Tuition fees for Master of Arts (M.A) and Master of Science (M.Sc) programs are 400,000,000 Iranian Rials for Humanities, and higher rates apply for other departments for international students in Iran. These degrees are completed over two years (four semesters).

 

Doctoral Programs (Ph.D.):


For Ph.D. students, the tuition fee is 1,320,000,000 Iranian Rials for Humanities, and 1,500,000,000 Iranian Rials for other departments. These programs usually require four years (eight semesters) to complete.

 

Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M):


The tuition fee for the six-year Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program is 1,140,000,000 Iranian Rials, covering 12 semesters.

 

Additional Costs

 

  • Student Dormitory Accommodation: Monthly fees for single dormitory rooms are 2,800,000 Iranian Rials.
  • Meals: The cost per meal ranges from 230,000 to 280,000 Iranian Rials.
  • Persian Language Learning: For international students, the cost of a three-month Persian language course is 23,000,000 Iranian Rials.
